Magnesium toxicity:

Clinical features:
1. Mild: nausea, flushing, headache, hyporeflexia
2. Moderate: areflexia, hypocalcemia, somnolence
3. Severe: respiratory paralysis, cardiac arrest

Management:
1. Stop magnesium therapy
2. Give IV calcium gluconate bolus
