1h warmup and then straight into a "Flat is Fast" 💨 event on Zwift. I was close to the lead for most of it, in a tight pack. Things took a turn when Alessia decided to strike up a conversation just as my HR reached 170bpm. It didn't end well for my race 😂 #ukrunchat
