Just weighed in again.
Now sitting at -120lbs since I started my journey!

I used to only be able to buy 4xl and 5xl tshirts from Walmart for a little while.
Today I just went and bought some xl shirts from a normal store.
It’s nice to be able to shop at regular stores again!

I never used to be able to buy clothes at normal stores. Pant sizes rarely were available above a 40 waist. Always had to goto “big&tall” type stores where the selection was literally next to nothing.
Now I can shop in most stores and find clothes that actually fit.

I do occasionally goto the gyms, mainly focusing on cardio, which does help as well.

Like I said earlier, before I started #saxenda , I weighed 394lbs. Now, 9 months later I am down to 279lbs. My initial goal going in was to get down to the 250lbs mark, and I did not expect that to be a possibility within 1 year, but I am getting close!

For the first time since I have been purchasing my own clothes, I was looking for pants with a waist of 38.
Never before in my adult life have I bought under a 40.
