Yes! Low expectations must quickly b dismissed. They r a shocking hangover from less enlightened times. Society seems 2 b happy 2 give crumbs as treatment instead of the best in understanding, medication & opportunities. Parents do need 2 cajole~Frequently. Crumbs will never do😊

Is dose reduction ever an option in treatment 4 schizophrenia as it might b in other types of mental ill health? Finding the right balance of meds 2 hold the symptoms in abeyance & restore maximum functioning is far more complex than simply a ‘gradual reduction’ of AP medication.
