2. Cold front along the East Coast

The cold front is part of a trough of low pressure that will steer the hurricane northeast toward Canada instead of the U.S.

Fall air makes a speedy comeback tonight behind our front with the coolest and driest air we've had in months.

Cool and breezy Friday, with great Fall weather for the weekend. Another front may bring us a few showers Sun night/Mon AM, but Fall weather is here for a while.

Humidity will crash tonight behind our front and it'll happen fast! Dew points in the upper 30s/low 40s by Friday morning will be some of the driest air we've had in months for that real Fall feel.
