As an entrepreneur, try to create cults. As a consumer, try to avoid them. Cults are remarkably "sticky." Great for retention, not great for objective thinking and evaluation of all options.

Underrated character trait: Bias for Accountability Bias for Action (a far-more-discussed trait) gets you in the door. Bias for Accountability *keeps* you in the door. And likely results in you managing or owning your own door one day.
