Dear MyChart South West Ontario - My 'feedback' is that the 'transition' of accounts/records from #MyChart has been incredibly frustrating. Creating new accounts with logins/pws/PINS and mandating 2 factor authentication creates more barriers not accessibility. #MyChart SWO ザ・セレブ空間 #healthcare
