The sponsor of the bill was asked by multiple senators if the bill could make any exception for kids who are RAPED by their PARENTS. Senator Rose simply reiterated the wording on the bill. It passed 26-3.

The legislature doesn’t trust teachers to pick out books for their classroom or teach basic history—things they’re actually trained to do, but is authorizing them to carry & use firearms in active shooter situations?!?

Twice within her first 6 months with the state, TN Ed Cmsr Lizzette Reynolds signed forms certifying she had been a state employee for more than 6 months as she sought a tuition waiver for classes at UT Martin.

She recently paid back the tuition money.
