This video came up on my FYP and I couldn’t help but cry as I watched it.

This was the Gaza solidarity encampment at Columbia before it was brutally quashed by the NYPD at the request of Columbia uni admin. All this, just so Israel can continue its genocide.

I attended the peaceful and loving University of Ottawa 'divest from genocide' encampment last night. People ate, chatted, studied, and chanted. The hateful lies spread by MPs about these gatherings are the real shame. No more racist Big Lies.

It’s weird how people who don’t care about Gaza are all of a sudden pretending to because “the students are taking attention away from it” while people in Gaza are expressing gratitude to students for all the support.

Watching the videos from the protests across North America, it’s clear that protests for Palestine are for health, human rights, and liberation. While protests in support of Zionism, support an ongoing genocide and the open and flagrant perpetuation of racism and oppression.

What a beautiful sight. Toronto showed up for #UofT students ✊🏼
