ZIBAWU ZCTU - Zimbabwe ZIMRA ZIMRA Commissioner General Surprising today, at the AGM, ZIMRA ZIMRA Commissioner General reported that they could not utilise the full budget of 3%, and returned 0.7% to MOFED&IP. What nonsense is that when the Award is outstanding?
