As part of the Armenian Assembly's visit to Yerevan, we met with Arman Tatoyan, the former Human Rights Defender of the Republic of Armenia. Discussing the atrocities committed against Armenian POWs is a heartbreaking conversation, but I'm grateful to learn about the work Arman is doing.
