Azerbaijani military targeted 🇦🇲 Syunik Kapan-Tshakaten road during recent war [Sept. 13-15, 2022] launched by 🇦🇿; even ambulance vehicles were attacked. It was not possible to use the road.Their locations in the near 🇦🇲 villages on the roads are existential threats to civilians.
