Louise is one of many children who was in the care system but was sent miles away from her home and her siblings - experiencing racism and isolation.

She is now working to highlight the damage that out of area placements can do.

The one day I really needed to be online and Virgin Media 🐐 crashes in the area. The estimated time for fixing went from 4pm today (when we check last night when it first went down), to 10am tomorrow morning.

In 2021, of the 20,786 headteachers in England only 1% were Black. On Saturday 30th September a ground-breaking book will be published which gives voice to some of those who are part of the 1%.
