Found it interesting that Roger Goodell talked so nonchalantly about eventually moving to 18 games, as if he didn't anticipate -- or care about -- any resistance from the union.
I guess, from his experience negotiating with them, he has no reason to worry about that.

Not sure how to track it, but would be interesting to note how many lower round picks or undrafted will lose money - assuming they don't make NFL rosters - compared to what they could have made in NIL staying in school or - more accurately - staying eligible.
