A simple thing I’ve done in launching “Reimagine People Development” is a dedicated morning and afternoon break to stop think about the client work. Previously I “steamed” through the day, from meeting to meeting, slurping on the go! Planned reflection is paying huge dividends!

Interesting take from Superdry; sales drop partially down to teenagers not wanting to shop where parents do leading to “natural culling of fashion brands” Also a case of leadership ‘eye off the ball’ and poor pricing strategy: big lessons all round there!

First time working with Vyond for a client work to create agile animations; have to say the AI capabilities are amazing. For me, especially helpful on text-to-speech and ease of updating characters, scenes and objects. Even got brand colours sorted in a few minutes!

Week 1 of consulting done though official launch is May! Busy but encouraging. Contracted with 5 clients, 1 site visit, branding and website on the way, trialling an AI solution and “Organizational Learning Communities” book proofed and in. Going for a nice walk today!
