Construction for the very first Mevion S250-FIT proton therapy facility in the world has begun at Stanford Cancer Center!  We visited the Mevion factory recently and we are looking forward to seeing the unit merged with the construction site in 2025!

We made it! Today we completed accrual for the SABR-COMET-10 trial!

As far as I know, it's the first phase III oligomets trial to complete accrual.

Have we asked patients & caregivers what they think?
I would say Radiotherapy is much less scary & way more patient-centered than radiation (which doesn't even indicate it's a therapy).
