On #WorldMalariaDay , UK scientists are leading the global fight against malaria. The 2nd malaria vaccine developed by researchers at University of Oxford is a milestone for malaria control. Lifesaving efforts are supported by the UK’s £1 billion pledge to The Global Fund to fight malaria.
On #WorldImmunisationWeek , we are proud of the UK’s global success in vaccine research and innovation that has spearheaded advancements against Malaria, Ebola and COVID-19. Life-saving vaccines are a vital step in health and development.
