LGLS received funding to expand their advertising but struggled to get adverts accepted by other companies #bustravel

#ArchiveTravel comes from Centre for Research Collections : 'Are we nearly there yet?' or as Lyell would say 'Is the next stage longer than the last?' Charles Lyell’s Scientific Notebook number 55, details his geologising throughout Sweden, June – December 1834, including a list of his FAQs. 🌍
It was great fun at the Theological & Philosophical Libraries UK & ROI conference last week perusing a display of the New College Special Collections. One highlight was this first printed edition of the Erasmus' New Testament in Greek from 1516.
