Yesterday, the CA Assembly Privacy Committee reviewed numerous bills, including A.B. 3172 by ASM Josh Lowenthal to protect kids' online.

Our high school advocate Nya Morong, alongside Lowenthal and attorney Fred Whitaker, testified on the bill, which was approved unanimously!

With COPPA 2.0 introduced in the House and new cosponsors in the Senate, momentum is building for our vital legislation to protect children and teens’ online privacy. I'm grateful to my colleagues for joining this fight.
