What you leave out is that the GA has been under several court orders to increase funding by more than you have to meet your obligations under the state constitution.

A majority of school voucher applicants make more than $100,000 a year, around 3 times NC’s average salary.

They’re defunding schools that are already horribly underfunded to give more money to the richest people in the state.
