Nothin I’m more conflicted on than the opening date messaging of Ottawa’s Line 2 LRT opening.

Should Ottawa be open and transparent and provide another opening date that they’ll likely miss?

In many cases multi-units pay more in property taxes than houses do!

Just an observation I’ve seen over nearly 5 decades of life:

If young and single, get a Reliant Regal. Even if in NYC. You may think she likes that Beamer, but her heart will palpitate a lot more if she has to step up into a beast of a vehicle on the first date.
