Medics working with Letby:

• Conducted an internal review
• Flagged it to bosses repeatedly

NHS Management:

• Ignored them
• Made them apologise
• Threatened them with the GMC
• Offered her a new job + a funded Masters

We need to listen.

To become a consultant neonatologist you have to be immensely well qualified by training and experience. To undermine the concerns of SEVEN of them in this way is breathtaking.
