It’s not just GP time, but admin & secretarial too - when 95% staff are in hospitals

I’m glad that Welsh Gov’t have finally agreed to come to the table and open pay talks with BMA Cymru Wales Junior Doctors.

It’s vital that full pay restoration is offered, along with better working agreements, to safeguard the future of our health service.

Our NHS is nothing without its workforce.

Each committee will now engage in separate pay negotiations in what BMA Cymru Wales says is 'a significant step forward'.

I hope Health Education and Improvement Wales (HEIW) will be involving BMA Cymru Wales as a key stakeholder in any discussions regarding MAPs
