I’m glad that Welsh Gov’t have finally agreed to come to the table and open pay talks with BMA Cymru Wales Junior Doctors.
It’s vital that full pay restoration is offered, along with better working agreements, to safeguard the future of our health service.
Our NHS is nothing without its workforce.
