Does anyone have any pointers of places I could look for research re: handover of cases between diff HCP. Paramedic to Dr and vice versa, paramedic to nurses, nurses to drs.

Thinking that the more handovers, the more errors occur, because symptoms downplayed/emphasised?

NHS England the extraordinary thing is they should be givens, basics already - not least for people with 5-6 year degrees, huge safety-critical responsibility for care and often years' more postgrad training, exams and often rotating between organisations every 1-2 years

Libya will keep taking money for pushbacks & detention.

All we do globally is churn humans in distress. Rather than simply say let’s work together to help people move safely.
