What a great pleasure to have a prestigious panel of authors and pioneers in the field, to contribute this important paper to @WJUrol, about the history and development as well as the future directions of en bloc resection of bladder tumour. #EBRT #UroSoMe (1/n)

Three RCTs reported the results recently. The study by Andrea Gallioli Alberto Breda (n=300) showed that the rate of DM for ERBT was noninferior to that for TURBT (94% vs 95%). At a median follow-up of 15m, the recurrence rate was 13% for ERBT and 18% for TURBT (p=0.16). (6/n)
