Officers from the community policing team were out on pushbikes yesterday.
While out the officers checked and patrolled areas whereby we have received reports of drug related activity and also checked area's where the team have previously recovered stolen items.

RET have been out patrolling our heritage today. Hilly Fields in Essex Police in Colchester District contains a Scheduled Ancient Monument.
We are working with the Colchester City Council park rangers to keep the site safe for everyone.

We stopped this Ford Transit in Essex Police in Colchester District due to a minor road traffic offence. The driver was found to be disqualified until 2025. He has been reported to court and the vehicle seized!

A man has been charged following a burglary in Colchester where a car was stolen.

It was reported a vehicle had been taken from the Catchpole Road area at around 4am on 26 Mar.

Officers responded and located the vehicle on the A12 around an hour later.
