A 40 year old failed Congolese asylum seeker whose deportation was blocked by Air France cabin crew and then won leave to remain has pleaded guilty to raping a 15 year old girl. All those concerned in blocking his deportation are equally guilty.

So now we learn that dozens of Home Office staff are under investigation for a range of offences including immigration crime,fraud and drug offences. 16 are waiting charging advise or trial and 18 under investigation. 60 have been previously dismissed and 63 written warnings.
