Hale Ward's #huddle have actioned some quick #ideas regarding urine bottles and the provisions trolley. Now they are collecting data related to providing the best rehab possible for their patients as part of their #KeyDriver . Great to see Hema Thapa there too!

Understanding the root cause of a problem before jumping to 'solutions' is a key part of the FX Way. The deterioration of the Jefferson memorial due to regular washing is a great example of how #5whys can help you treat the root cause not the symptoms. bit.ly/3OaZ4b7

Happy Monday! Today Bentley and Hale Wards and Farnborough Community Nursing all had #improvement huddles. Hale and Farnborough are deciding their #scorecards , such as, sleep, rehab and handovers whilst Bentley are sustaining their pressure injury improvement. Fab energy all!
