Prof. Stephen Whitfield's Food System's Research Week brought together leading global researchers from diverse disciplines to build evidence-based understanding of the implications of food systems in the context of varied social and environmental challenges.

For me, this week has been University of Leeds life at its best. I've loved seeing and discussing interdisciplinary food systems research, education, facilities and partnerships with cross-faculty and international colleagues. It's what GlobalFood@Leeds is all about.
