We have officially marked the start of work on two regeneration schemes in Hayes, in partnership with Hillingdon Council, with a 'spade in the ground' event.

The first phase will create 110 new homes, 30 at Avondale Drive and 80 at Hayes Town Centre.

Last week we met students from Building Craft College in Newham who are completing their Bench Joinery or Site Carpentry qualifications. We discussed the roles and what a site carpentry #apprenticeship onsite would entail with the students having the chance ask any questions.

Pleased to support Park Village Oasis, close to our John Street development in #Newham , by donating site materials for them to use a part of their community space where they host community events to address climate and social justice in the neighbourhood.

With #WorldBookDay this month we have been donating inclusive books to Central Park Primary and Nelson Primary in Newham to support the children to improve their learning experience.

The stories depict diverse characters and a range of roles that don't normally appear in stories.

We have been supporting We are NIHR with its research project aimed at 'Empowering Youth for Effective Participation in Health Decision-Making in Newham.'

Working with Populo Living we hosted a focus group for 9 young #Newham residents to take part.
