The Ugandan landscape is stunning. It has a mix of mountains, lush green vegetation, and dry, barren land all that I witnessed from on high flying back to #Kampala from #karamoja with the brilliant Ireland in Uganda team after a week seeing the impact of Irish Aid in the region.

The Anti-Homosexuality Act in Uganda has had a serious impact on human rights & continues to pose a threat to LGBTI+ persons.

It is of deep concern that Uganda’s Constitutional Court has retained much of the Act. Ireland continues to defend human rights, including LGBTI+ rights.
