I was once lucky enough to sit in a small room of journalism students for a talk by Frank Field. Talked to him a few times as well during my career. While I didn't always agree with what he said, he was a highly impressive, thoughtful politician and public servant. RIP.

I’m a #type1diabetic haribo convert. Sudden lurch down to 3.6 and falling - why always on a Monday? - but they work FAST so fast it doesn’t even show on the Libre graph. I don’t love eating them but at least they don’t taste like chalk like glucose tabs do. #GBDoc

Means while I’m fine, I get so wired when it comes to dealing with the #NHS that when I go for a check up reading it shoots into high territory.
