Sometimes I take a bath, wear a suit and not look like my problems🙂

Today's speed session was a killer🔥 600m x15 with 1 minute rest in between 👌🏽 Legs were a bit heavy from yesterday's trail run but I felt in control 👌🏽
This weekend we are Thembisa Mile 10km race👌🏽 It promises to be a great one 🔥

A short story about trail running 📖Frame 1 and 2 I was feeling so fresh running that 25km trail⛰️🏞🌄 Frame 4 it's apparently what happened after the run according to my enemies in my home🤦🏽‍♂️
Anyway, it felt good to be back on the mountains 🌄🏞⛰️ Any trail races in December?
