New preprint from the lab, Mercey Olivier in collab with the lab of Janke Lab 🇪🇺 found that tubulin glutamylation imbalance leads to defects in the molecular architecture of the outer segment and photoreceptor degeneration. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Glad to see this work out. 1.5 years of data curation… about twice as much of analyses, endless meetings and questioning regarding the proper data assembly… what a fun challenge in the Paul & Virginie - Centriole Lab !
