Jim Shapiro Pacific Lutheran Football Loved Frosty. He graciously gave me his time my senior year of college when I was writing a thesis paper on ‘Who is coaching the coaches?’

He shared and explained and gave me perspective. Then sent me a signed copy of his book. I treasure it.

Brian Kight It sure did. I played for Frosty Westering Pacific Lutheran Football. One of college football winningest coaches. But more importantly he taught me how to use love, not fear to motivate players. His book, Make the Big Time Where You Are is pure gold :)
