I’ve had a great opportunity thanks to HealthyChildren and JournalofPediatrics to do some mentorship and medical writing with residents in my Peds SAUSHEC Gastroenterology & Hepatology program. I learned WR-Bethesda GME that “allyship” is key. I wish I wasn’t introducing this topic to residents for the first time.
