Substantial decline (70-75% lower) in RPV levels in this pregnant woman treated with injectable cabotegravir and rilpivirine. No virologic failure or perinatal transmission occurred. 'Bimonthly CAB/RPV may not be suitable for pregnant women...' Agree!
