Just to be clear, the ‘vouchers instead of cash’ plan is really only about embedding the message that disabled people are wastrels, undeserving scroungers, who would probably spend their cash on drink and cigarettes.

The message is the point.

It’s becoming clear that agitation in Alzheimer’s disease arises as a consequence of compensation in NA pathways following early appearance of neuropathology in the locus coeruleus. Would be great to have treatments based on this rather than current use of sedative antipsychotics
