Delighted to be working with Matt Jackson again on another important case. State immunity law should be restricted to the bare minimum. Discriminatory acts should not evade judicial scrutiny.

Massive credit to the client and the mighty mighty Nick W Kirklees Citizens Advice & Law Centre. We all know this is commonplace and ruining lives. Because they are immensely difficult cases to bring and conclude this behaviour is rarely challenged. No point having laws without effective enforcement.
