Yesterday the U.S. donated four MD-530 helicopters & vehicles to FUERZA ARMADA to support Salvadoran efforts on their deployment to the UN Peacekeeping mission in Mali. The donation was funded thru the Global Peace Operations Initiative #GPOI security assistance program.

Initial planning for Exercise Tradewinds is underway in Guyana with hybrid participation from 24 countries.

Guyana will play host for the U.S. Southern Command sponsored exercise set to take place in various locations including the Guyana Defence Force Jungle and Amphibious Training School.
