I am so glad we did not follow the foolish Scottish Conservatives in demanding we match the recklessness of the U.K. Tories. If Scotland ever needed to know how out of their depth Douglas Ross and his team truly are, this is the prime example.
Another reminder of the many demands made of Scottish Government to immediately match this without any consideration of cost and impact. Thank goodness we didn’t act so rashly

I wish Jeremy Hunt well as Chancellor. His interview on BBC Radio 4 Today explains the gravity of the situation the U.K. faces. Devastating spending cuts are coming. This has been made much worse by Liz Truss and the mini-budget. The PM and the mini-budget need to go.
Is it really only 3 weeks since demands were being made of Scottish Government to copy the policies in the ‘mini-budget’?
