is without doubt THE most delicious dessert! it’s just 2 ingredients- very ripe chopped up chunks of frozen banana blitzed together with homemade cashew butter (which lasts a long time in fridge)… rich creamy and very indulgent 😋😋😋😋😋

Dinner - lentils with roasted sprouts green beans walnuts - roasted cauliflower- avocado tomato sweetcorn salad … the rest of family had a little of this with 🍕 😊 #WeEatWell23
Last night’s dinner quick easy and pretty tasty 😋😋 baked ratatouille with addition feta (this was a vegan version) added last 10 mins - all stirred and added over pasta
