This is easily my favorite article I’ve ever been a part of. We could write a book on our sports memories. Sacrifice, Support, & Love. Our parents play such a pivotal role in our lives. We can’t choose who they are, but my brothers and I are so lucky to have the ones we do.

Maybe colleges shouldn’t give lucrative multi year contracts. There are plenty of great coaches who will agree to a 2-3 year max. At the end of year 2, if the program has success or improves, add another year or 2. If it doesn’t, ride out the third and look for the future!

I wonder how people who donate to NIL feel when college teams/players under perform?

Would love to see college and pro sport athletes paid based on performance:
Winning = this much $
Losing = this much $

Shouldn’t pay someone before they do the work. Incentivize the outcome
