In April 1944 there was a challenge match in Croke Park between the Dublin County team and a West Kerry selection in aid of Páirc an Ághasaigh.

April 30th this year is the 80th anniversary of that very important event. Today we remember them.

Our priority is and will always be young people and families on lower and moderate incomes who need help to afford their own home.

Since 2020, over 100,000 new homes have been built.

We’re not there yet, we have to keep pushing change but a new era in home building is underway.

It is planned Meanscoil Nua an Leith Triuigh will get a new mainstream classroom, a new art room,and a special education teaching room.

Minister for Education and Kerry T.D. Norma Foley made the announcement today.
