As an experiment, I've been using ChromeOS Flex on an X1 ThinkPad as my work daily driver, and it's been very pleasant. I missed the ThinkPad hardware, it's definitely ample horsepower for this, and the CrOS experience is good. Do recommend. Chrome Google Cloud Lenovo
