The Implementation of SOFF is progressing well in Tanzania with a meeting today between UNDP and the Tanzania Meteorological Authority strategizing on the development of the Country Contribution Plan, to be done next week in collaboration with Danish Meteorological Institute.

#Globalwarming of 1.1°C has resulted in more frequent & more intense extreme weather events that have caused dangerous impacts on nature & people worldwide.

Every increment of warming results in rapidly escalating hazards.
