This isn't accurate, Frank Rossi. Logan Hansen and Matt Snyder have both expressed a lot of concern w/ NPI for #d3fb ; they're just explaining how it works. Both have spent a ton of time analyzing it.

So far it appears NPI would have selected Nichols, Mt. Union, and WPI

and not selected Carnegie Mellon, St. Thomas TX, or Stockton.
