Unfortunately not my day out there:( Abdominal cramps from the very beginning & quads went to shit @ 30k. But we never give up- proud that I finished. Gutted the Olympic dream is over.

What a terrible finish to the Penn Relays 4x800. It was a tight battle between Providence's Shannon Flockhart and UW's Chloe Foerster. Flockhart crossed the finish line first, but she dropped the baton coming up the homestretch. UW won in a collegiate and meet record of 8:17.28.

According to the live results, Molly Seidel did not start the Canyons 50K.

Dang it. Tweaked my ankle on a water jump with 1k to go. Had to DNF. I’ll be okay, just a disappointing return to racing after ending last season with my hamstring injury. Very very happy for my teammate Gabbi Jennings for her new PR 9:19 and 5th place!

This 10km women's race reminds us of the late Agnes Tirop.
A talented, young athlete killed in cold blood at her home. Unfortunately, it looks like there will never be justice. Kenyan judicial system has dragged on, Tirop's husband is out on bail. We know how these cases end.
