What a contrast btwn brilliant students I've met at Edinburgh Uni today- studying public health & wanting a better world with humility, openness & integrity- and what's been happening recently in UK govt. Uni students fill me with hope & optimism for the future.

Many people asking me about whether to go for booster appointment. I would run to the clinic if offered a booster (specifically bivalent- tailored to recent COVID variant). The mixed messaging on boosters imho due to: cost per vaccine, supply & 'anti-vax' views becoming trendy.
