I completely agree w/ Dr. Katharine Smart on the importance of #gratitude & #mindfulness as a healing practice.
But we still need to deal w/ the #racism , #misogyny , #ableism , #exploitation , humiliation etc. that hurt so many.
Individual level practices will not heal system harms.
